Fitness Part-2

Who makes lazy:-

Actually when I was writing my blog a question generated in my mind that who makes anyone lazy then I realized and got confused ; there are many factors by which a person becomes lazy.

(a) parents and their families 
(b) friends 
(c) work priority 
(d) any relationship
(e) responsibility
(f) health problems and 
(g) themselves.

Parents and their families:-

Most of our parents love their children consequently they care very much and in this whole process they forgot fitness of children and only see day to day work like study, career and employment.
Whole day they only see my children are studying well and getting good marks or not they compare very much daily to their families and neighborhood. 
In this way they forgot health and fitness of their children and themselves.

Freinds:-

Freinds nature may be good/bad. Everyone can't gets good freinds in his life. As you know freindship is the only thing in whole students life they enjoyed but in this process they really don't care about their health at that time if they are not of sporty nature and they totally do some different things like study, gossip, affairs, traveling, etc. 
I want to tell you a short story of my friend, he always use to talk only about my girlfriend and love affairs and not interested in any other things so I got bored always. He use to drink bear and cann and after that comes to me and just talks about girls and all unusefull things.
So how can anyone think about health and fitness.

Work priority:-

As you know everyone has work priority in his life so people always think and do about their work only no other issues like health and fitness, family and neighborhood and other problems, etc.
So when you totally focused on your work only and no other activities then you can't think about yours and yours children health.
Now a days all are busy going office and many types of jobs tention are there so they can't able to get time for other works.
So they forget their health related issues and in future they got different different types of diseases/problems.

Relationships:-

As you know that relationship for someone may be good for someone may be bad depends on their behavior and life style how a person maintain their relationship.
When anyone is in a good relationship then he/she will enjoy definitely and do all activities and will take care of each other. Consequently he/she will be very happy and his/her fitness and health will also be good. But if someone are in a relationship which is giving so much pain to them then they don't do anything and would be getting suppressed.


Responsibility:-

If someone is very responsible and working person time to time and not wasting his/her time in any other activities and has responsibility of his/her family and if he/she is parent and has children responsibility also then he/she will never thought anything else other than money.
So for this type of people who has only importance of money and nothing else then you know what will be his/her future.

Health problems:-

Health problems are the major problems for every person. Some people have less but some have more like day by day eating oily and getting fatty, drinking bear and cigarettes all time, simply sitting at one place and doing their job, etc. All these will create a major role in their lives and change them into their routine work and consequently they even can't realize how to get out of these habbits but they can't as time passes never comes.


Themselves:-

Some people are just amazing how they managed their lives great!
But some are very very cheap and selfish nature they only create problem for themselves and others also. They don't know what to do how to do when to do and create problems.
They will distroy what others are doing good and want to stop from work all day create problems for others.
They will just go in park and who are doing well they talk different things and make problems for them. 



So in this world there are different types of people who sometimes support you and sometimes not depends on their mood.

I want to tell don't totally believe and blame others just take your responsibility and do what you want to do. 

Even if you are lazy and not able to do work for health and your fitness believe in yourself you can do just it takes some regular practice and hard work, be motivated and make other to motivate. Do what you want but give time for you health.

Because you know HEALTH IS WEALTH so you have to make/create time for your health.

Otherwise all what you have made till now it will be of no use. So think yourself what you want to achieve only money or health also. 

So just decide it and go for a walk it will not take any type of money from you. 

It's your time starts now here
