Sleep style:-
If you want to get up early tomorrow in the morning then today just eat early your dinner unto 8 p.m. light foods don't eat heavy foods after that go to bed for sleep unto 10 p.m. don't use your mobile. And decide yourself you have to wake up early. Make an alarm, first day don't try to wake up early simply set alarm of 6 a.m.
Wake up Style:-
Every person decided to get up early in the morning but they can't because as usual routine days but it is very easy to get up early in the morning when your alarm rings don't close it first you stand from your bed then close the alarm. And suddenly go outside from your room don't sit in the room just walk for 2 to 3 minutes you will feel fresh and drink a glass of water and go for fresh.
Walking/Jogging Style:-
First day don't work hard just half an hour is enough. Wear a light shoes of good and fit not so loose or tight it should be comfortable to you. Like this half or full lower and half t shirt.
See others what they're doing do it daily for some days you will feel better. But don't do as much as and how much they are doing just follow simple what you are able to do it. After some days you will be enjoying it and you will be able to do more hard.
Breakfast and lunch:-
When you have been finished your workouts take some rest for 5 to 10 minutes then freshup yourself .
If you are feeling so much hungry after working take little bit heavy foods otherwise light breakfast.
You can eat 1 apple, 2 bananas, or any other weather fruits, ankurit chana with some pista badam and kismis, soyabeen seeds, you can drink fruit juices, milk if you are feeling so much hungry.
If you want to loose your weight and become fit then don't eat too much oily take nutrition foods which has proteins and vitamins and carbs.
In lunch don't eat too much just 1 or 2 bread enough with a bowl of daal/sabji and salads.
